Particleboard mainly uses wood scraps as the main raw material, which are bonded together by glue and extruded to form a certain sheet. This material is mainly cheap and easy to obtain, but its bearing capacity is poor, so its extrudability is not very good. It is not recommended to use chipboard for internal filling of normal wooden doors. This kind of door is easy to deform in case of water and does not sound insulation, so it is easy to have after-sales problems during use. However, some businesses will replace the internal core material with cheap chipboard in order to save money, so they should pay attention to purchasing brand wooden doors.

Fine core board

The board thickness is different, and the cost is relatively cheap. However, it is easy to crack the glue in use, and the formaldehyde content is likely to exceed the standard when using glue for bonding, so it is not very environmentally friendly.

Honeycomb paper

Honeycomb paper is made according to the natural honeycomb structure principle. It is a new type of environment-friendly and energy saving material with sandwich structure, which is made by connecting corrugated base paper into numerous hollow solid regular hexagons with adhesive bonding method, forming a whole stressed part - paper core, and bonding face paper on both sides. Its advantages are light weight, less materials and low cost. But its shortcomings are also very fatal. Its anti destruction performance is poor, and it is very easy to be destroyed. Its moisture-proof property is also very poor, and it is easy to deform when affected with damp. Therefore, the service life of wooden doors with honeycomb paper as core material is generally short

Production method:
