1 Fiberboard

Wood or other plant fiber raw materials are separated into fibers, and artificial plates are made under heating and (or) pressurizing conditions by using interweaving between fibers and their own inherent bonding materials, or by applying adhesives. According to different production processes, it is generally divided into wet fiberboard and dry fiberboard.

2 Wet process fiberboard The fiberboard is made by drying or hot pressing formed slabs with a moisture content of more than 20%, using water as the forming medium. In general, the wet process does not apply adhesive, but relies on the interweaving between fibers and their own inherent bonding materials to combine them into boards. According to the product density, it is generally divided into hard fiberboard, wet medium density fiberboard and soft fiberboard. 3 Hardboard

Density ≥ 900kg/m ³ Wet process fiberboard, including ordinary hardboard and structural hardboard.

4 General purpose hardboard

It can be used in furniture manufacturing or other general occasions without special load bearing performance requirements.

5. Load bearing hardboard for structure

The utility model can be applied to building components or other hard fiber boards with load bearing performance requirements.

6 Medium board of wet medium density fiberboard

Density range: (400 ~ 900) kg/m ³ Between wet fiberboard.

7 Soft board

Density less than 400kg/m ³ Wet fiberboard. It includes ordinary soft fiberboard and soft fiberboard for bearing.

8 General purpose softboard

It can be applied to diaphragms, sound-absorbing boards, billboards, rigid lining materials or other soft fiberboards in general occasions without special bearing performance requirements.

9 Load bearing softboard

It can be used for soft fiberboard under normal load, short-term or temporary load.

10 Dry process fiberboard

With air as the forming medium, the fiber is sized and dried to form a slab with a moisture content of no more than 20%, which is hot pressed into a fiberboard. In the dry process, synthetic resin adhesive shall be applied to bond the fibers into boards. According to the product density, it can be divided into high-density fiberboard, medium density fiberboard, low-density fiberboard and ultra-low density fiberboard.

11 High density fiberboard; HDF

Density greater than 800kg/m ³ Dry fiberboard.

12 Medium density fiberboard; MDF

Density range: (650 ~ 800) kg/m ³ Between dry fiberboard.

13 Low density fiberboard

Density range: (550 ~ 650) kg/m ³ Between dry fiberboard.

14 Ultra low density fiberboard

Density less than 550kg/m ³ Dry fiberboard.

15 General purpose high density fiberboard

High density fiberboard used in the dry state. It can be used as door panels, partitions, packaging materials, decoration materials, etc.

16 Humid high density fiberboard

High density fiberboard used in wet conditions. It can be used as the base material, packaging material and public facility wallboard material of wood composite floor.

17 High humidity high density fiberboard

High density fiberboard used in high humidity state. It can be used as packaging materials and wallboard materials for public facilities.

18 General purpose medium density fiberboard

MDF boards that are not usually used in load-bearing occasions and are not used for furniture, such as temporary exhibition boards and partition boards for exhibitions.

19 Furniture grade medium density fiberboard

Medium density fiberboard used for furniture or decoration, which usually requires secondary surface processing, such as furniture manufacturing, cabinet manufacturing, decoration pieces, joinery products, etc.

20 Load bearing medium density fiberboard

It is usually used for small structural components, or in the bearing state, such as indoor ground laying, scaffolding, indoor ordinary building components, etc.

21 Indoor medium density fiberboard

Medium density fiberboard that cannot be subjected to cold water immersion or high humidity air.

22 Moisture resistant medium density fiberboard

Medium density fiberboard that can withstand cold water immersion or high humidity air for a short time.
23 Outdoor medium density fiberboard

Medium density fiberboard that can withstand outdoor environment, cold water immersion or high humidity air for a long time.

24 Oriented fiberboard

A kind of dry fiberboard made of fibers directionally arranged and shaped by mechanical or electrostatic field.

26 Embossed fiberboard

27 Composite fiberboard

The fiberboard is made by mixing and pressing lignin fiber, inorganic material and synthetic fiber. Such as gypsum fiber board, cement fiber board, etc.

28 Gypsum fiberboard

A composite fiber board is made of gypsum as the matrix and cementitious material, and plant fiber as the reinforcement material.

30 Oiled fiberboard

31 Fire retardant fiberboard

32 Fiberboard for flooring
